The free version showed the instruments, but when you touched the screen you saw a flash but no sound! No other options.

My three year old now prefers this app over all others. He loves making the instruments all play together. I love how it will say the instrument name when he touches the word, teaching reading as well. Its a great flashcard. Ive taught him the instruments, but I would be hard-pressed to find a better way to teach him the instrument sounds of so many instruments in such a fun way. 5 stars!

What a fun app. The free version has a nice array of instruments with great sampling of the sound of the instrument. The harpsichord has an especially interesting sound.

Wish there was more instruments, but love whats there.

This is an excellent program. I use it in my classroom with severe and profound students as auditory stimulation.

Theres only a limited number of instruments in the free version. I guess Ill have to buy the full version of this app in order for my future students to have awareness of ALL instruments

Its just a thing where you listen to 7 different instruments. Im deleting it after l write this.

I am very satisfied with this app. I was getting frustrated trying to find an app that would help my 3 y/0 learn the names and sounds of musical instr. I deleted one of the other similar app 2 mins after D/L! Another had only 12 pictures available on their free version and no voice to tell the name of the instr. I appreciate this so much, Im gonna get the paid version today. Thanks again guys

I used this app with my moderate-severely developmentally delayed 15-21 year old students. They loved it and even with their physical limitations were able to hit the screen to hear the instruments. Their natural responses/reflexes to the music were incredible. I only wish the instruments would play for longer.

A simple free app that keeps my 18 month old entertained for a few moments. Definitely considering buying the paid version.

Worst app ever I was expecting more

I liked most of the sounds, but the French Horn was not an accurate representation of the horn sound.

I would love to give this app five stars and I will, if the developers correct some glaring mistakes in the next update. As another reviewer wrote, the French horn recording is completely wrong. Also, the picture for the bongo is incorrect (it shows an African djembe, not the Latin-American bongo with two drumheads). Lastly, the pictures for the oboe, bassoon and piccolo show antique instruments, not the modern versions played today. Kudos for the picture quality and the great sound clips of actual instruments, instead of synthesized sound.

Worst app ever no artificial sound I expected more from this!

Really bad not what I was expecting an was really disappointing. :(
